A 40-year veteran in commercial real estate, Chandler Converse, Jr. is up for the challenge and excitement of helping residential buyers and sellers in Boca Grande. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio since 1988, he began building his long-time successful career directly out of college with a bachelor’s degree in economics. Chandler fell in love with Boca Grande about 20 years ago while on vacation, driving over the bridge and was hooked. Now a Florida resident, Chandler has pivoted his skills toward residential real estate, applying his same tried and true practice building relationships and networking, paired with lots of energy, and founded on the values of respect, integrity, service, and excellence. Chandler still maintains an active commercial real estate business in Ohio.

Enjoying the Gulf Coast and sense of community of Boca Grande, Chandler can be found boating, fishing, playing tennis and biking. He and his wife Karen have two sons, Mac and Chandler. Mac is engaged to Morgan and he proposed at the Boca Grande Lighthouse; Chandler is married to Samantha and they have a son named Chance.
